Please fill out this formal booking request so we can process and pray through this opportunity. The specifics of your request will greatly help us as we schedule Desiree’s itinerary. As you fill out the form, please consider:Airfare, food, ground transportation and lodging expenses are to be covered by the hosting church or organization; anything beyond this, such as an honorarium, is welcomed. If inquiring for both Desiree and Sonny to speak and or train for oureach ministry, please keep in mind the travel expenses for both.
