Compass Ministries International was created to lead people to become full followers of Christ. We are fully committed to the mission of the local church, domestic and world missions, as we are driven by a passion to provide ministry leaders with tools, resources, and training to fullfill the GREAT COMMISSION.
Jesus is our message
We teach to awaken hearts and bring every person into the full understanding of truth. It has become our inspiration and passion in ministry to labor with a tireless intensity, with his power flowing through us, to present to every believer the revelation of being complete in Jesus Christ.
people are our heart
Jesus’ purpose on earth was to show His love for all people. We are called to have a sense of compassion in seeing people from Jesus’ perspective. Such perspective has nothing to do with who they are or what they can do for us - our job, is simply to serve people.
Generosity is our privilege
Sometimes we are worried and focused more on what we don’t have, than on the value of what we do have. We do not need to have overabundance to be in a position to give. God is able to do so much with whatever we are willing to give for the benefit of others. However small, it is enough for God to use.
MISSIONS is our calling
Think for a minute, what the world would look like today if every Christian literally embraced being COMMISSIONED by God, saying “I am going to the nations to preach the gospel", bearing the spiritual fruit we believe the Holy Spirit desires for every believer.
Our Purpose is to reconnect isolated people to God and a community of support by providing human services that address immediate and long-term needs. Serving, helping and rescuing The Forgotten Ones as well as offering and providing education and certification in the fields of ministry and global and domestic missions.

"If the mission of the Church is the formation of one body out of many people who were previously divided socially, then it is reasonable to expect that local churches would be suitable examples of reconciliation, conflict resolution, and intercultural mission effectiveness". That is why Compass Ministries International is a non denominational organization. We are open to minister and serve across denominational lines with the purpose of building His Kingdom.
"Go to the highways and byways..." or you can say the streets and rehabilition centers. Getting people to come to your church begins with education and activation. We are excited to come and not only teach on outreach ministry, we also love to take your team to areas near by your church to let them experience it first hand.
